클레멘티 Sonatina in G, Op. 36 no. 2

The Op. 36  set of sonatas is an obligatory part of the piano student curriculum. Originally published in 1797, their were intended as teaching tools Dubbed progressive because their difficulty increases with each sonatina that passes, they focus on the basic repertoire of piano skills. It speaks highly of the sonatinas that they are still used for their original purpose.
